The Summerset Sizzler Pro 40 in. built-in gas grill (SZRPRO40) puts five main burners and a rear burner under one hood for families who cook for a crowd. Summerset rates the main burners at 70,000 BTU combined, with a 15,000 BTU rear burner for 85,000 BTU in total.
Electronic spark ignition, backlit LED knobs that turn red when a burner is on, and interior halogen plus exterior LED lights make it easy to cook after dark. Four heat zone separators let you run different temperatures across the grate.

Installation Notes
For a built-in, the island must be non-combustible; cement board over steel studs with 4 in. vents at the top and bottom is Summerset's recommendation, and a combustible surround needs the insulated liner. Clearances are 2 in. at the sides and rear from non-combustible walls or a backsplash, 10 in. from a protected combustible wall and 14 in. from a combustible wall, with 5 ft from the countertop to any overhead construction. Under combustible overhead construction an exhaust hood is required, larger than the cooking area and rated at least 1,000 CFM. In New York City, gas grills on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. 37-3/4 in. W x 20-3/4 in. D x 8 in. H per Summerset's manual, plus 1/4 in. as Summerset recommends.
Does it need power?
Yes, for the lights and LED knobs, through the included transformer. The burners can also be lit with a long match through the manual flash tube.

Registration is required online within 30 days of purchase; coverage is for the original purchaser at the original site, replacement parts only with no labor, and excludes discoloration, surface rust and corrosion.
