Description
Overall Dimensions: 55.75" W x 27.75" D x 50" H (hood closed)
The Lynx Professional L30ATRF is the all-Trident version of Lynx's 30-inch freestanding grill: both main burners are Trident infrared, so the entire 600 square inch grate can sear hard or throttle down for delicate food. Lynx rates the platform from below 300 degrees to over 1000 degrees with up to 66 percent less flare-up than traditional grilling systems. It rides on a stainless cart with a dual-position rotisserie, and you choose natural gas or propane when ordering.

Installation Notes
Lynx requires an outdoor 120V/15A GFCI outlet next to the grill and a gas supply line sized for the total BTU load of every appliance on that line, never smaller than 3/4 inch inside diameter. Keep 12 inches of clearance from the sides and 6-1/4 inches from the back to combustible construction above the cooking surface, and allow 3 inches behind the grill for the hood to open. Never use it under unprotected overhead combustible construction; under a covered roof Lynx calls for an exhaust hood over the cooking area. Gas plumbing should be done by a qualified professional. In New York City, gas grills on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. If you want help planning the install, book a design consultation with our team.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does all-Trident mean?
Both main burners are Lynx Trident infrared burners rather than one Trident and one ceramic burner. You can sear on either side of the grate and still turn the heat down for fish or vegetables.
Should I choose the L30ATRF or the L30TRF?
Choose the L30ATRF if you sear often and want infrared across the whole grate. The L30TRF pairs one Trident with one ceramic burner, which some cooks prefer for slower radiant cooking.
Which fuel should I pick?
Pick natural gas if you have or can run a gas line; it is usually the right call in New York City, where propane cylinder use on terraces is heavily restricted. Propane suits locations without gas service. Lynx conversion kits are available if plans change.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. Lynx requires an outdoor 120V/15A GFCI outlet next to the grill for the ignition, lights and rotisserie.
