The Lynx Professional 42-inch freestanding natural gas grill (L42TRF-NG) runs 1 Trident infrared burner and 2 ceramic burners for 73,000 BTU across 1,200 sq. in. of cooking surface, with a dual-position rotisserie and rear infrared burner. The Trident infrared burner gives you a searing zone with true low-to-high control, while the ceramic burners under ceramic briquettes handle everyday grilling with even heat.
It ships on a welded stainless cart with swing-out doors, fold-down shelves and commercial casters, so it can work on a patio or terrace without an island. Lynx Professional grills are made in the USA.

Installation Notes
Freestanding Lynx Professional grills are for outdoor use only. Keep the grill level, position it so wind does not blow into the back or the hood gap, and keep the clearances to combustible construction shown in the Lynx manual; never use it under an unprotected combustible overhang.
Gas connections must be made by a licensed plumber or gas fitter; in New York City a licensed master plumber and permit are required for natural gas, and the FDNY restricts propane cylinders on terraces and rooftops. Book an outdoor kitchen design consultation and we will confirm fuel, layout and accessories before you order.

What does the Trident burner do?
Trident is Lynx's adjustable infrared burner. It sears at high heat like a traditional infrared burner but can be turned down for delicate food, so it is usable for everyday cooking.
Is the rotisserie included?
Yes. The motor, spit and rear infrared rotisserie burner (up to 16,000 BTU) are included, with two spit positions.
Can I convert between natural gas and propane?
The grill ships set up for the fuel you order. Order the version that matches your gas supply and ask us before planning any conversion.
Is a cover included?
No. Add the fitted Lynx cover with the With Cover option.

Warranty
Lynx's limited warranty (Professional grill use, care and installation manual) covers the stainless steel grill body, ceramic burners, cooking grates, Trident infrared burner and rotisserie infrared burner for the lifetime of the original purchaser; warming racks, spit rods, briquette trays, manifolds and gas valves for five years; and all other grill components for two years. For the first year Lynx replaces or repairs defective parts at no cost, including authorized service labor. Coverage is for residential use in the United States and Canada; common-area and commercial installations carry different terms.
