The Lynx Professional LSB2PC-1-NG is a built-in prep center for an outdoor kitchen island, with two 15,000 BTU open-top burners (30,000 BTU total) beside an integral cutting board, each side under a removable stainless steel cover. It drops into a non-combustible island and hangs from its countertop trim, and it takes power for hot surface ignition and blue LED control illumination from a Lynx grill or the optional Lynx Accessory Switch Kit. This version is set for natural gas.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes
Lynx calls for a built-in enclosure of non-combustible materials with vent openings so leaking gas cannot build up, and recommends that only qualified professionals do the gas plumbing. Never connect the gas line directly to the unit; size the supply for the total BTU of every appliance on the line, with 1/2 in inside diameter after the shut-off valve. Do not install it under unprotected overhead combustible construction. In New York City, gas work must be done by a licensed master plumber under a DOB permit, and propane tank storage in the city carries FDNY rules, so confirm the fuel with us before you order. Frequently Asked Questions
Does it need a Lynx grill?
It takes power for ignition and lighting from a Lynx grill through the included 6 ft harness. If there is no Lynx grill close by, add the Lynx Accessory Switch Kit (LASK), which has its own transformer and switch.
What cutout does it need?
24-1/4 in W x 10-5/8 in H x 24-1/2 in D in a non-combustible island.
Does it need its own regulator?
Not if the line is teed off the regulator on your Lynx grill. Otherwise it needs its own pressure regulator.
Can it be converted to propane?
Yes, with a Lynx conversion kit sold separately, installed by a qualified technician.

Warranty
Under the current Lynx Professional Warranty, Lynx gives a one year full warranty on parts, shipping and authorized service labor, plus a 90 day cosmetic warranty. In years two through five, listed parts including side and power burner assemblies, burner grates, manifolds, gas valves and the ignitor are covered for the part only, with the owner paying all other costs. Lynx extends its limited lifetime warranty to power burners and side burners, covering listed stainless parts such as the control panel and stainless steel covers against rust that affects structural integrity, part only, while owned by the original purchaser. Residential use only; condo and apartment common areas get a 90 day Residential Plus warranty. The Side Burners Care and Use Manual (Rev E) prints older terms, so we confirm the warranty that applies when you order. Removing or failing to install the required pressure regulator voids the warranty.
