The Lynx Sedona L701 42 inch freestanding gas grill puts 1,049 square inches of cooking area and 69,000 BTU on a stainless steel cart with locking casters, so you get a full-size Lynx grill without building an island. It is sold as a grill head plus the matching S421 cart.
Choose natural gas or propane, add the rotisserie kit, and pick all conventional tube burners or one ProSear infrared burner for steakhouse searing. It suits a patio or deck that needs a serious grill that can be moved.

Installation Notes
Place the grill outdoors on a level, noncombustible surface and keep the clearances to combustibles above. Natural gas hookup should be done by a qualified installer, and the factory regulator must stay in place. In New York City, gas work must be done by a licensed master plumber under a DOB permit, and propane tank storage carries FDNY rules, so confirm your fuel with us before you order. What does the ProSear option do?
It swaps one tube burner for a variable infrared burner that delivers searing heat, while the other burners handle the rest of the grid.
Does it come with the cart?
Yes. This package is the L701 grill head plus the S421 stainless steel cart, so it is a complete freestanding grill.
What size propane tank does it use?
A standard Type 1, 20 lb cylinder with overfill protection, secured with the cylinder retention system and filled to no more than 80 percent.
Do I need electricity?
Yes. Lynx specifies a nearby 120V, 15 A GFCI outlet for the lights and rotisserie, and a battery provides ignition backup.

Warranty
Per the current listing: lifetime on the stainless steel body and ProSear infrared burner, 12 years on tube burners, 5 years on cooking grates, valves and manifolds, 2 years on other components and 1 year of labor. The Lynx manual describes a limited lifetime warranty covering rust-through that makes the unit inoperative, and excludes surface rust and damage from windy-condition use; removing the regulator voids the warranty.
