The Sedona by Lynx LSB502 is a built-in double side burner with two 12,500 BTU/hr stainless burners, offered here for natural gas (LSB502-NG) or propane (LSB502-LP). It drops into a non-combustible island beside a Sedona grill and draws its ignition and lighting power from the grill.

What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Sedona by Lynx LSB502 double side burner with cover and 6 ft grill connection harness
- You will need: a non-combustible island cut to 21 x 16 x 4 in, a regulated gas supply with a shutoff valve for the fuel you choose, a 120 V GFI outlet, and a Lynx grill or LASK switch kit
Installation Notes
Lynx built-in accessories must go into a vented, non-combustible enclosure; the burner hangs from its counter trim and needs no deck below. Keep 12 in to combustible construction at the sides and back below the counter and 18 in above it, and never install under unprotected overhead combustibles. A pressure regulator is required on the gas supply, and all work must meet the National Fuel Gas Code and National Electrical Code. In New York City, gas appliances are connected under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, and FDNY rules restrict propane on many terraces and rooftops, so confirm the fuel your building allows.

Warranty
Sedona by Lynx limited warranty, per the Sedona side burner manual: the stainless steel body and cooking grates are covered for the lifetime of the original purchaser (surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration excluded), manifolds and gas valves for five (5) years, and all other components for two (2) years, with Lynx replacing or repairing defective parts at no cost, including authorized service labor, for the first year. Residential use only; commercial and multi-family common area installs are excluded.
