The Lynx Professional LMKC54 is a 54 inch stainless mobile kitchen cart that rolls an outdoor kitchen station into place on heavy-duty locking casters. Per Lynx, it is built to carry the LSERVE serve and prep countertop, the 30 inch Asado flat top grill, the 30 inch Professional grill, the Sonoma smoker or the Napoli pizza oven. With the prep top it gives a 606 sq in work surface over a cabinet with two doors, two drawers, a slide-out shelf and a fold-out shelf.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes
Lock the casters before installing any top. Remove the four rear panel screws and slide out the drawer, set the top into the cart frame, then refit the rear panel; grills and smokers also use the replacement screws supplied. Gas appliances on the cart need a gas connection made by a qualified installer, and in New York City gas work is done by a licensed master plumber under permit, with propane cylinders restricted in many buildings. The Lynx Professional warranty lists a one year full warranty on Lynx outdoor products and their parts, and a limited warranty on carts in the second through fifth years covering the part only, with the owner paying other costs.
