Explore other Majestic Meridian reflective black glass liner sizes: 36 inch | 42 inch (current size)

Fits: Majestic Meridian 42 direct vent gas fireplace (MER42N/MER42L)

The Majestic GL-42M is the reflective black glass liner kit for the Meridian 42 direct vent gas fireplace. The glass panels replace the brick look with a dark, mirror-like interior that repeats the flames across the back and side walls, which suits a contemporary room.

Majestic lists the GL-42M black glass liner in the refractory kit options of the Meridian installation manual, alongside its brick refractory kits. Interior panels are ordered separately from the fireplace, so choose the liner when you order the unit.

Features

  • Reflective black glass liner for the Meridian 42 (MER42N/MER42L)
  • Two-sided reflective black glass, per listing
  • Reflects the flame for a deeper, brighter fire picture

Installation Notes

A qualified service technician should fit the liner following the instructions packed with the kit and the Meridian installation manual, which also covers the IntelliFire controls and heat management options. Do not run the fireplace with damaged or incomplete liner panels. In New York City, gas fireplaces and inserts are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required. Book a design consultation to choose the interior, front and finish together.
