Fits: Majestic Meridian 42 series direct vent gas fireplaces (per listing)
The Majestic ENSEMBLE42NB is the Ensemble overlap-fit decorative front for Meridian 42 direct vent gas fireplaces, New Bronze finish, with ClearVue mesh. An overlap front covers the edge of the fireplace opening, so the finished wall line does not have to be perfect.
Majestic sells Meridian fronts separately so the same firebox can be finished traditional or contemporary, and the Meridian owner's manual says the decorative barrier front must be ordered separately at the time of appliance purchase.
Features
- Ensemble overlap-fit front for Meridian 42 fireplaces

Installation Notes
The front installs last, after the fireplace, venting and wall finish. A decorative barrier front must be in place before the fireplace is operated, per the Meridian owner's manual. In New York City, gas fireplaces and inserts are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required. Book a design consultation to choose the front, interior and finish together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is a front required?
Yes. The Meridian ships without a front, and Majestic says the decorative barrier front must be ordered separately at the time of purchase.
Will it fit a Meridian 36?
No. This is the 42 in. size.
What is overlap fit?
The front laps over the face of the fireplace opening rather than sitting inside it, which hides the joint between the unit and the wall finish.
