The American Made Grills Estate 30 is a 30-inch built-in gas grill made in the USA from #304 stainless steel, with two red brass burners, a 12,000 BTU infrared rotisserie back burner and a 755 square inch cooking surface. It is aimed at the homeowner who wants a compact built-in that arrives ready to cook, because the rotisserie kit, griddle, 26,000 BTU drop-in infrared sear burner, smoker tray, cover and care kit are all included.

A spring-assisted 18-gauge double-lined hood, interior halogen lights and LED-lit knobs make it a practical everyday grill for smaller island layouts, and AMG backs it with a Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty.

Installation Notes

Set the grill in a non-combustible enclosure sized to the cutout and keep the wall and overhead clearances listed above. Gas connection must be made by a qualified installer, and the regulator supplied with the grill must be set to the pressure for your fuel. In New York City, gas work must be done by a licensed master plumber under a DOB permit, and propane tank storage carries FDNY rules, so confirm your fuel with us before you order. What cutout does the Estate 30 need?

Is the rotisserie kit included?

Yes. The rotisserie kit with built-in spit storage ships with the grill, along with the griddle, drop-in infrared sear burner, smoker tray, cover and care kit.

How many BTUs does it have?

Two 26,000 BTU main burners and a 12,000 BTU infrared back burner for 64,000 BTU, plus the included 26,000 BTU drop-in infrared sear burner.

Natural gas or propane?

Both are offered. Natural gas needs a 4 to 7 in. w.c. supply and propane an 11 to 14 in. w.c. supply; the correct regulator must be set for the fuel you choose.

American Made Grills backs this grill with its Gold Standard Lifetime Warranty on construction and manufacturer defects, stainless steel construction, cooking grates, burners, burner covers, valves, flame tamers, heat zone separators, temperature gauges, hood springs and briquette systems. All other parts and components, including electrical parts such as LED bulbs, wire harness, switches, transformer and the interior halogen light wire and bulb, are warranted for three years.
