It arrives pre-assembled on wheels, so it suits a patio or deck that needs a complete grill station without a masonry build. Installation Notes

Mont Alpi's island manual (written for the Mai805 island) lists 24 inches of clearance to combustibles at the sides and 36 inches at the back, and says not to use under overhead combustible construction. Confirm the clearances for this model before placing it. Gas connections must be made by a qualified installer. In New York City, outdoor gas appliances fall under the NYC Fuel Gas Code and building rules, so confirm what applies to your terrace or yard.
