Description
The Mont Alpi MAi805-BSSBEVFC is a complete propane outdoor kitchen from the 805 Black Stainless (BSS) series, built around a 43 in. six-burner grill with ceramic infrared rear and side burners. It adds a beverage center with sink and outdoor refrigerator and a lockable outdoor-rated fridge cabinet, all in black stainless steel (304 grade components) modules that arrive fully assembled and simply join together on site, so you get a finished bar-and-grill island without masonry work.
Mont Alpi rates the grill at 115,000 BTU on a 38 x 18 in. cooking surface. It ships propane-ready with hose and regulator and converts to natural gas with the Mont Alpi MANGK kit.

- Required: a water supply and drain for the beverage center sink, run by a licensed plumber

Installation Notes
The modules are positioned, leveled and fixed together on site per the island manual. Keep the clearances above, and on propane use only the supplied regulator and hose. A natural gas hookup should be made by a licensed plumber; in New York City that means a licensed master plumber and a permit, and propane cylinders on terraces and rooftops are restricted by the FDNY, so confirm building rules first. Can it run on natural gas?
It ships set up for propane. Natural gas requires the Mont Alpi MANGK conversion kit and a licensed gas installer.
Does it arrive assembled?
Yes. Mont Alpi ships the modules fully assembled; they are joined and leveled on site.
Does the beverage center need plumbing?
Yes. The sink needs a water supply and a drain, so plan a plumber for that connection.

Warranty
Mont Alpi limited warranty, as published by Mont Alpi: 100 percent coverage for 15 years on the stainless steel roasting hood and cooking grids against rust-through, 5 years on the stainless steel tubular burners, 2 years on the stainless steel firebox and 1 year on electronics and ignition. After those periods the owner pays 45 percent of the list price of the replacement part. Coverage requires routine care and an all-weather cover; labor is not included.
