The Mont Alpi MA-957 is a compact, fully assembled outdoor kitchen island built around a 304 stainless steel gas grill with four main burners and a ceramic infrared rear burner. It is aimed at homeowners who want a finished island on the patio without a custom masonry build.
Mont Alpi rates the grill at 63,000 BTU total with a 28 in. by 18 in. cooking surface, and the island ships with a rotisserie kit, full weather cover, halogen cooking lights and a propane hose and regulator. It is propane ready and can be converted to natural gas.

Installation Notes
The MA-957 is a freestanding island that arrives assembled, so setup is mainly placement, leveling and the gas connection. Natural gas conversion and any gas line work should be done by a licensed gas installer, and keep the clearances to combustible walls and overhead structures given in the Mont Alpi owner's manual. In New York City, gas grills on balconies, terraces and rooftops are regulated by the NYC Fire Code, especially propane, so confirm your location before you buy. Mont Alpi limited lifetime warranty, with terms as published by Mont Alpi dealers: 100 percent of the part cost is covered for 15 years on the stainless steel roasting hood and cooking grids, 5 years on the stainless steel tubular burners, 2 years on the firebox and 1 year on electronics. After each period the owner pays 45 percent of the list price for the replacement part. Labor is not included. Ask us for the Mont Alpi warranty sheet that ships with your island.
