The Mont Alpi MAi400-D90 is a propane outdoor kitchen island with a 90-degree corner module that adds prep space and fits right-angled or compact areas. It combines a 4-burner grill, an infrared side burner and an infrared rear burner with a rotisserie kit, with waterfall granite surfaces over 304 stainless steel cabinetry, and it arrives fully assembled. Mont Alpi's island manual (written for the Mai805 island) lists 24 inches of clearance to combustibles at the sides and 36 inches at the back, and says not to use under overhead combustible construction. Confirm clearances for this model before placing it. Gas connections must be made by a qualified installer. In New York City, outdoor gas appliances fall under the NYC Fuel Gas Code and building rules, so confirm what applies to your terrace or yard.
