The Mont Alpi MAi805-D90 Deluxe is a complete L-shaped outdoor kitchen in stainless steel: a 44 in. six-burner propane grill with an infrared rear rotisserie burner, an infrared side burner module on the left, and a 90-degree corner and return cabinet on the right for prep space. White granite tops with waterfall granite sides give it a finished, built-in look on a patio that cannot take masonry, and it turns a corner where a straight island would not fit.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes

The modules arrive built and are connected and fixed together on site following the manual's assembly steps (side burner module first, then the remaining modules). Keep 24 in. of clearance to combustibles at the sides and 36 in. at the back, and do not place it under a combustible roof or overhang. On propane, only the regulator and hose supplied with the grill may be used, and spare cylinders should never be stored under or near the island. A natural gas hookup should be made by a licensed plumber; in New York City that means a licensed master plumber and permit, and propane cylinder storage on terraces and rooftops is restricted, so confirm your building and FDNY rules first. How much space does the MAi805-D90 need?

The L measures 93 in. along the grill side and 50 in. along the return, with 23 in. deep cabinets. Add 24 in. of clearance at the sides and 36 in. at the back to combustible walls.

Can the corner be on the other side?

As shown by Mont Alpi, the side burner is on the left and the corner return on the right. Ask us about mirrored layouts and other Mont Alpi corner modules before ordering.

Can it run on natural gas?

It ships set up for propane. Natural gas requires the Mont Alpi MANGK conversion kit and a licensed gas installer.

Does it include a refrigerator?

No. The MAi805-D90 has storage cabinets; a fridge cabinet module or kegerator module can be added.

Warranty

Mont Alpi limited lifetime warranty, as published by Mont Alpi dealers: 100 percent coverage for 15 years on the stainless steel roasting hood and cooking grids, 5 years on the stainless steel tubular burners, 2 years on the stainless steel firebox and 1 year on electronics. After those periods the owner pays 45 percent of the list price of the replacement part. Labor is not included. Refer to the manufacturer's manual for full terms.
