- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Napoleon Elevation™ X 36 Electric Fireplace with LCD Enhancement
The Elevation™ X 36 is Napoleon's most convincing electric fireplace: triple-layer flame technology in front of a rear LCD panel playing high-definition video of real gas and wood fires. Premium glowing split oak logs sit in the firebed, and the whole unit runs on household power — plug-in or hardwired, with no gas line, no chimney and no venting.

Choosing Your Configuration
Only the base unit is required. The Elevation™ X 36 ships with its premium glowing split oak log set, 2.5" four-sided finishing trim (NEFTK36BK) and premium remote, so the base selection is a complete, installable fireplace.
Wall Controller is optional — the premium handheld remote is already included; the wallmount controller (W370-0317) adds a hardwired switch plate with a choice of black or white cover. No venting components are needed for this fireplace.
