The Amantii Panorama Deep Lumina 40 (BI-40-DEEP-OD-LUMINA) is the 40 inch size of Amantii's deep-firebox Panorama linear, with a Lumina media package of glass and log media for a fuller fire bed. The deep cabinet lets the media sit in three dimensions, and Amantii rates the BI-DEEP series for outdoor areas protected from direct water as well as interior walls. It suits a den, bedroom or covered patio where a smaller linear with real depth reads better than a slim unit.

  • Required: a framed 40 x 25 x 12 in opening and a grounded 15 A, 120V outlet, ideally on a dedicated circuit
  • Outdoor use: Amantii's warranty requires the stainless steel PAN-COV-40 cover on outdoor or high-moisture installs, with proof of purchase. It is available as the With Outdoor Cover option above
  • Optional: hardwiring by a licensed electrician, or a 24 VAC wall thermostat

Installation Notes

This is an electric appliance with no gas line, vent or chimney, which makes it a practical choice for New York City apartments, condos and townhouses where gas or vented fireplaces are not an option. Do not use an extension cord, and avoid sharing the circuit with other appliances. Outdoors, Amantii requires a rain overhang of at least half the roofline height to the front and each side; an 8 ft roofline needs at least a 4 ft overhang. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need the outdoor cover?

Only for outdoor or high-moisture installs, but there it is a warranty condition. Choose the With Outdoor Cover option and keep the receipt.

What size opening do I frame?

The Amantii manual gives 40 in wide, 25 in high and 12 in deep for the 40 inch Panorama Deep.

Will it heat the room?

Yes, as supplemental heat. The heater runs at 1,465 W on high or 750 W on low, and the flame can run on its own all year.

Can it be hardwired?

It ships with a plug for a 120V outlet. A licensed electrician can hardwire it to code if you prefer no visible outlet.

Warranty

Amantii warrants the fireplace against manufacturing and material defects for two years from the date of first purchase, for the original purchaser in the US and Canada. Light bulbs, labor and service charges are excluded. Panorama units installed outdoors or in moisture-intense conditions must use the stainless steel cover, and proof of purchase of the cover is required for warranty claims.
