The Amantii Symmetry Xtra Tall 88 (SYM-88-XT) is an 88 inch built-in linear electric fireplace with a taller glass opening than the standard Symmetry, so the flame reads well from across a big room. It recesses flush into a wall for a clean-face finish, runs on 120V or can be wired for 240V for more heat, and Amantii approves the Symmetry line for outdoor areas protected from direct water. It suits a family room media wall, a primary suite or a covered patio.

Installation Notes
Frame the opening to the dimensions above. Use a dedicated grounded circuit and no extension cords or power strips. Hardwiring at either voltage should be done by a qualified electrician to local code. Outdoors, Amantii requires a rain overhang of at least half the height from the fireplace base to the roofline. The manual does not list approved finishing materials, so consult your builder. With no flue or gas line, it is a practical electric choice for New York City apartments and townhouses. Book a design consultation and we will plan the opening, circuit and finish with your contractor.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can the Symmetry Xtra Tall 88 be used outdoors?
Yes, in an area protected from direct water, with an overhang that projects at least half the roofline height in front and on each side.
Does it plug in?
Yes, at 120V with the included cord on a 15 A circuit. The 240V setting for more heat must be hardwired.
How much taller is the Xtra Tall?
The glass is about 18 in tall, compared with the shorter standard Symmetry, so the flame fills more of the wall.
What media can I choose?
Choose a log kit or ice and diamond media in the options above, or run with the default clear glass media.
