What Is Included and What You Will Need

  • Included: Majestic MZMR-24 log set
  • Required: a Majestic Lumonessen burner such as the LUM-OD or LUM-OD-PM

Installation Notes

Place the logs exactly as the placement instructions show; misplaced logs cause sooting. In NYC, outdoor gas fireplaces and their gas piping need NYC Fuel Gas Code and DOB approval, and propane at residences is restricted by the NYC Fire Code. Vent-free gas appliances cannot be installed in New York City under the NYC Fuel Gas Code. We sell this model for installations outside the five boroughs where local code allows it.
