The Blaze 30 in beverage center (BLZ-30CKT-SNK) drops into an outdoor kitchen countertop and puts a hot and cold faucet, a sink, an insulated ice bin and bottle storage in one stainless unit. It is the bar station for a grill island: wash produce, chill drinks on ice and pour without walking back to the house.

Installation Notes

The beverage center drops into a countertop cutout and needs water supply and a drain run to the island, plus service access below for the shutoffs and trap. Plumbing must be done to local code; in New York City that means a licensed plumber, and an outdoor kitchen on a terrace or roof usually needs building approval.

In freezing weather, shut off and drain the supply lines and the ice bin before winter.
