The Outdoor GreatRoom Havenwood is a 62 inch linear gas fire pit table with a hand-crafted Everblend top on a powder-coated aluminum base. A 12 by 42 inch Crystal Fire Plus burner delivers 65,000 BTU on propane and 80,000 BTU on natural gas, and a standard 20 lb propane tank hides behind a sliding access door. You choose the top, the base color and the ignition, so it fits a modern terrace, backyard or rooftop.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes
This is an outdoor-only appliance and must not be installed in an enclosed structure. Never operate the burner without glass or other decorative media. Natural gas conversion changes the burner and valve orifices and should be done by a qualified technician. Keep 24 in to combustible side walls and 72 in overhead, and follow the manual for any enclosure ventilation. Local rules on propane cylinders vary and are restrictive in New York City, so confirm what is allowed at your property. In New York City, gas work for an outdoor fire pit table must be done by a licensed master plumber under permit. It is designed for propane and includes a conversion kit for natural gas. The direct spark versions are sold as separate propane and natural gas options.

Can I use it under a covered patio?
The burner manual says it is for outdoor use only and must not be installed in an enclosed structure. Keep 72 in of clearance overhead.
