The Outdoor GreatRoom Uptown Coastal Grey is a two-tier linear gas fire table that pairs a sustainable poly wood frame with a natural grey Supercast GFRC top around a 12 x 42 in. Crystal Fire Plus burner. It is UL listed and made in the USA.
It ships ready for propane, with a natural gas conversion kit included, and a sliding access door hides a standard 20 lb propane tank in the powder-coated aluminum base. The grey glass burner cover turns the fire pit into a table when the burner is off. Choose the finish and ignition in the options.

Installation Notes
Assemble per the Uptown manual and keep the clearances above. If the table is moved, lift the Supercast top off first so the wood frame does not warp. Check all gas connections for leaks before operating, and always remove the burner cover before lighting.
In New York City natural gas work requires a licensed master plumber and permit, and the FDNY restricts propane on terraces and rooftops. Book an outdoor living design consultation to plan the gas line and seating area.

The burner warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for one year from purchase, and stainless steel parts and assemblies in residential installations carry a limited lifetime warranty, defined as 10 years from purchase (5 years in commercial applications).
