The Blaze BLZ-SSRF-DBDR5.1 is a 24-inch outdoor-rated double drawer refrigerator for outdoor kitchens where drawers are easier to reach than a door. Two soft-closing drawers with adjustable dividers hold up to 154 cans, and the front-vented design lets it build in flush without extra air space at the top, sides or back.

Installation Notes

Let the refrigerator stand upright for about 24 hours before plugging it in. Set it on a flat, level surface that can carry the full loaded weight, install the included anti-tip bracket, and keep the front grille unobstructed. Blaze recommends a dedicated, grounded outlet and does not recommend a GFI because it can trip and shut the unit down; check what your local electrical code requires outdoors.

Do not install where temperatures fall below 50 F. In the New York area, plan to empty and unplug it for winter.

How many cans fit?

Up to 154 cans across the two drawers, according to Blaze.

Can it be built in under a counter?

Yes. It is front vented and needs no extra space at the top, sides or back. Use a 24-1/2 x 26 x 34-1/4 in opening.

Can it stay outside in winter?

Blaze says not to install it where the temperature drops below 50 F, so unplug and store or protect it in cold months.

Does it need a GFCI outlet?

Blaze recommends against a GFI because of nuisance tripping, but outdoor receptacles often require GFCI protection by code. Have your electrician confirm.

Warranty

Blaze warrants the refrigerator to the original purchaser at the original site of delivery, with proof of purchase, against defects in workmanship and material for one (1) year. Coverage is limited to repair or replacement at the manufacturer's option; labor and shipping charges for warranty parts are not included, and normal wear is not covered.
