The Fire Magic 33596 drop-in refreshment center is a stainless ice bin that sets into your island countertop, so drinks stay cold at the grill instead of in the kitchen. It has an insulated lid on soft-down hinges that lifts off for cleaning, and a drain kit so meltwater goes to a drain instead of onto the counter.

Installation Notes
Cut the countertop to the dimensions above and leave clearance below for the drain assembly. Drop the unit into the opening (a bead of silicone may be needed on an irregular or textured countertop), then assemble the supplied drain kit and plumb it to a drain as local code requires. Handle it carefully so the pre-installed drain spout is not damaged, and do not set it down flat before installation.
