The Majestic ODLANAIG-48SCN is the optional protection screen for the Majestic Lanai 48 outdoor gas fireplace (ODLANAIG-48). It protects the inside of the Lanai from trash and debris such as sticks and leaves while not in use; the appliance may be operated with the screen installed (4111-901 Section 9.A).

Installation Notes

Have a qualified technician install it per the kit instructions and fireplace manual. Use only Hearth and Home Technologies approved accessories on the Lanai; non-listed accessories void the warranty (4111-901). In New York City, outdoor gas fireplaces and their gas piping need NYC Fuel Gas Code and Department of Buildings approval, and propane at residences is restricted by the NYC Fire Code, so we review the space before quoting.

Outdoor Lifestyles (Hearth and Home Technologies) limited warranty, per the Lanai 48/60 owner's manual 4111-900: optional accessories, logs, refractory and glass panels (thermal breakage) are covered for one year from installation; hairline cracks and slight color change are not defects. Coverage begins at installation and requires purchase from an authorized HHT dealer.
