The Majestic ODLANAIG-48DP is the optional drain pan for the Majestic Lanai 48 outdoor gas fireplace. Majestic designs it to channel moisture to the front or rear of the enclosure so water is not trapped inside, and the existing listing notes it adds 3 in. to the framing height.

Installation Notes

If you build the base instead, the manual recommends a slope of 1/4 in. per foot toward the drain ports. In NYC, outdoor gas fireplaces and their gas piping need NYC Fuel Gas Code and DOB approval, and propane at residences is restricted by the NYC Fire Code.
