Installation Notes

Spread the rock as the fire pit manual shows and keep it off the pilot and thermocouple. In New York City, gas fire pits and their gas piping need NYC Fuel Gas Code and Department of Buildings approval, and propane cylinders at residences are restricted by the NYC Fire Code, so we review the space before quoting.

Warranty

Kingsman gas fire pit limited warranty, per the fire pit manual: during the first year after installation, Kingsman provides a replacement for any component part found defective in materials or workmanship. Scratches, dents, painted finishes, corrosion, heat discoloration and chipping of powder coated parts are not covered, and the Kingsman limited lifetime term excludes the outdoor fire pit. Coverage applies only at the original installation site in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, with the unit installed and operated to the printed instructions and local codes.
