Installation Notes
Measure the fireplace opening width and height before ordering; a freestanding screen should be wider and taller than the opening so it covers it fully. New York City does not permit new wood-burning fireplaces under Local Law 38 of 2015, but existing fireplaces can still use accessories like this one.
Book a design consultation to plan the hearth, screen and tools together.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit my fireplace?
Compare 39 in. W x 31 in. H with your opening; the screen should cover the opening with some overlap on each side.
Can I use it with a burning fire?
No mesh is included. Pilgrim recommends summer screens for gas-burning or decorative fireplaces, not as a spark screen for wood fires.
How is the warranty claimed?
Pilgrim asks for a copy of the original sales receipt; keep it with your records.
