The TrueFlame built-in power burner (TFPB-NG natural gas, TFPB-LP propane) puts 60,000 BTU of cast stainless steel dual ring burner into a 15-3/4 in. wide module, for seafood boils, wok cooking and big pots that a side burner cannot handle.
It is #304 stainless steel with a removable wok grate and a removable stainless steel lid, and red LED lighting on the control panel shows when it is on.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- Required: a gas supply matching the version ordered, connected by a licensed gas fitter, and a 120V outlet for the lighting transformer
- Required: a non-combustible island with the cutout above
Installation Notes
Build the island from non-combustible materials with a 14 x 7-3/4 x 18-3/4 in. cutout, meet the 4 in. backsplash clearance and keep 14 in. at the sides and rear from a protected combustible wall. Order the fuel version that matches your supply. In New York City, gas appliances on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. Book a design consultation to plan the island, gas line and layout.

The warranty covers replacement parts only, not labor, applies to the original purchaser at the original site of delivery, and requires online registration within 30 days of purchase; surface rust and discoloration from harsh environments are not covered.
