What Comes in the Manufacturer Kit?

The Ray Murray 2026–2027 Majestic catalog lists the IFT-RC400 as a black IntelliFire Touch handheld remote, docking station and auxiliary control module (IFT-ACM) package. This is not just the handheld remote. The optional IFT-WFM Wi-Fi module is a different accessory; it is not part of this SKU unless supplied in an explicitly configured package.

Compatibility: Listed IntelliFire Touch control systems only. Verify your fireplace model and control generation before purchasing.

The Majestic IFT-RC400 is the IntelliFire Touch remote control listed in the manuals for the Majestic Ruby, Trilliant, Meridian (standard, Platinum and Modern), Quartz, Quartz Platinum, Marquis II, Marquis II See-Through and Jade gas fireplaces and inserts. On the Quartz, the optional HEAT-ZONE-GAS kit must be used with the IFT-RC400.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes

The remote is paired to the fireplace control module per the owner manual. In New York City, gas fireplaces and inserts are installed under the NYC Fuel Gas Code by a licensed master plumber, with DOB filing where required.

Will it work with my fireplace?

It is listed for IntelliFire Touch models such as the Ruby, Trilliant, Meridian (standard, Platinum and Modern), Quartz, Quartz Platinum, Marquis II, Marquis II See-Through and Jade. Older IPI systems use different remotes.

Do I need it for Heat-Zone?

On the Quartz, yes. The owner manual says HEAT-ZONE-GAS must be used with the IFT-RC400.
