Description
The Napoleon GD826 is the modulating kit with remote control for the Napoleon HD4, the Ascent Multi-View (BHD4) series. It converts the fireplace's fixed valve to a modulating valve with a SIT regulator assembly and a new wire harness, so the flame can be stepped through six levels from the handheld remote. This listing is the natural gas version (GD826N).

What Is Included and What You Will Need

Installation Notes
A qualified service agency shuts off gas and power, removes the door, burner and valve train, converts the valve with the SIT regulator, connects the new harness, leak tests with soap solution and checks burner operation, per Napoleon W415-1153. In New York City, gas appliance work is done by a licensed master plumber under the NYC Fuel Gas Code.
