Keep combustibles 36 in. from the front and plan the outlet or hardwire location shown in the architect guide. Electric fireplaces need no gas line, venting or chimney work, which makes them one of the simplest fireplace options for New York City apartments and condos; confirm any new circuit or recessed wall work with your building and a licensed electrician. Book a design consultation and we will plan the wall, framing and power.
