The SimpliFire Allusion Slim 72 (SF-ALLS72) is an ultra-thin linear electric fireplace, only 4-3/8 in. deep, that recesses into a standard 2x4 wall with at least 1/2 in. sheathing or hangs on the wall with its included bracket. The 67-1/2 x 12 in. viewing area shows nine flame colors at five brightness levels over clear crystals, black crystals and a log set.
Thirteen ember bed colors, a built-in touch panel and the multi-function remote let you set the look, and the 1,500 W heater adds 5,000 BTU of supplemental warmth on a standard 120V outlet or hardwired circuit.

Installation Notes
For a recessed install, frame an opening 70-3/8 in. wide and 17-1/4 in. high in 2x4 framing with at least 1/2 in. sheathing, with the front trim overlapping the finished wall. For a wall mount, use the included bracket and anchors rated as the manual requires. Keep combustibles 36 in. from the front. Electric fireplaces need no gas line, venting or chimney work, which makes them one of the simplest fireplace options for New York City apartments and condos; confirm any new circuit or recessed wall work with your building and a licensed electrician. Will it fit in a 2x4 wall?
Yes. At 4-3/8 in. deep it recesses into 2x4 framing with at least 1/2 in. sheathing, in a 70-3/8 x 17-1/4 in. opening.
What media comes with it?
Clear crystals, black crystals and a log set. Ceramic white stones are an option above.
Does it plug in?
Yes. It plugs into a 120V outlet on a 15 A circuit (20 A recommended), or it can be hardwired.
Can it go under a TV?
It has 0 in. clearance at the top to combustibles, but keep electronics out of the warm air from the heater.

Warranty
Hearth & Home Technologies (HHT) limited warranty for SimpliFire electric appliances, per the current SimpliFire manual: 2 years on all parts except as limited by the warranty conditions, exclusions and limitations, and 1 year on purchased replacement parts and optional accessories. Coverage begins at the date of installation (six months after sale for new construction), is transferable to later owners without extending the period, and applies to products bought from an authorized HHT dealer. Travel and shipping charges for parts are not covered.
