Available Sizes: Superior Arched Screen Doors, Textured Iron

32 in. (Current Size) | 42 in.

Each part fits only the Superior fireplace size named on its page; match it to your unit.

The Superior ASD3224-TI is the textured iron arched screen door Superior lists for its 32 in VRT3100 universal vent-free firebox (VRT3132WS and VRT3132F). It mounts across the firebox opening to give a traditional forged-iron face with mesh screening. It is the factory decorative door kit Superior lists for that firebox.

  • Arched textured iron frame with mesh screen panels
  • Traditional forged look that softens the rectangular firebox opening
  • Superior describes it as easy to install

Install the door after the firebox, log set and burner are in place, following the instructions supplied with the kit and the VRT3100 installation manual. The door is a decorative accessory; it does not change the clearances, ventilation or room-size requirements of the vent-free appliance.

Vent-free gas appliances cannot be installed in New York City under the NYC Fuel Gas Code. We sell this model for installations outside the five boroughs where local code allows it.
