Description

Available Sizes: Superior Flex Compact Terminations with Compressed Vent

18 in. | 24 in. | 36 in. (Current Size)

Same termination kit; compressed vent length differs. Confirm your wall thickness and vent run.

The Superior SFKIT36CT is a Secure Flex compact horizontal termination kit with 36 in of compressed flex vent for Superior DRT2000 traditional direct-vent fireplaces. Superior allows the compact termination on 35 in models only, so it is the termination for the DRT2035; the 40 and 45 in models need the small square or horizontal square termination.

Features

  • Compact Termination for flex with 36 in compressed flex (Superior Cat. No. F1801)
  • Includes firestop/spacer, gear clamps and flex adaptor (manual)
  • For 35 in DRT2000-C and DRT2000-E models only
  • Compressed flex expands up to two times its length (manual)
  • Compact exterior termination

In New York City, a direct-vent gas fireplace needs a licensed master plumber and a permit.
