The Superior STL-12DMP is the pre-painted black square chase-top termination with a slip section for the Superior 12DM chimney. The WRT6000 and WRT8048 manuals list it (catalog F0949) alongside the unpainted STL-12D for chase installations, with the slip section adjusting to the chase height.

Installation Notes

Construct the chase and fit the square top per the square top termination section of the WRT6000 manual; overlap the shingle flashing correctly. New York City does not permit new wood-burning fireplaces under Local Law 38 of 2015, so we sell Superior wood-burning fireplaces and their parts for installations outside the five boroughs where local code allows them.
