What Is Included and What You Will Need
- Included: Breakfast Club unit, griddle plate with grease tray, side burner grates, and stainless steel covers for the burners and griddle
- Propane builds: the factory regulator and hose, set for a 20 lb cylinder; use only the supplied parts
- You will need: a non-combustible enclosure, a gas supply with a shut-off valve (natural gas), and a GFCI-protected 120 V outlet for the griddle
- Optional: a protective cover is available through the "With Cover" variant (SKU VCBT30); the unit also fits the Twin Eagles 30" freestanding base (TEGB30-B)
Installation Notes
Installation, gas connections and adjustments should be performed by a qualified installer. The unit must be installed in a non-combustible enclosure only and used outdoors only. Keep 12" clearance from the back and sides to adjacent combustible construction, and do not install under overhead unprotected combustible construction. Use a GFCI-protected circuit and follow local codes or the National Fuel Gas Code. Plan your outdoor kitchen layout in a design consultation.

No. The manual requires a non-combustible enclosure only.

Yes. The griddle uses a hot surface igniter and is rated 120 V, 60 Hz, 450 W, 4 A on a GFCI-protected circuit, and it cannot be lit with a match.
Can I run it on propane?
Yes, with the propane configuration. The factory regulator and hose are set for a 20 lb cylinder.
What is the cutout size?

Warranty
Twin Eagles provides a limited two-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, with the part repaired or replaced free of charge and the owner paying other costs including labor. A one-year full warranty covers parts and labor through an authorized representative. Multi-user settings such as bed and breakfast inns and private clubs receive a 90-day warranty, which excludes restaurants and commercial settings. Refer to the owner's manual for full terms.
