Description
The Twin Eagles 36-inch built-in pellet grill and smoker (TEPG36G, or TEPG36R with the integrated rotisserie) brings true wood-fired flavor to an outdoor kitchen with Wi-Fi control and a 140 to 725 degree F range, so one appliance smokes low and slow, bakes, grills and sears.
Choose the burner configuration in the options: TEPG36G without the rotisserie kit, or TEPG36R with the rear burner and rotisserie kit, which uses a chain-driven motor rated for 100 lb.

Installation Notes
Install outdoors only, away from unprotected combustible overhangs. A combustible enclosure requires the Twin Eagles TEPIJ36 insulating jacket, and the jacket provides a hole for routing the power cord. Allow extra depth behind the grill for the hood to open, as shown on the cutout sheet.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need Wi-Fi to use it?
No. The touchscreen runs the grill on its own; Wi-Fi and the app add remote monitoring and control.
What is the difference between TEPG36G and TEPG36R?
TEPG36R adds the rear burner and rotisserie kit with a 100 lb capacity chain-driven motor. Twin Eagles notes the rotisserie is used with the Smoke and Smoke Plus modes.
Can it sear?
Yes. Use the radiant briquette tray or the lump charcoal tray for direct heat, with temperatures up to 725 degrees F.
Do I need an insulating jacket?
Only in an island framed with combustible materials. Use the Twin Eagles TEPIJ36 jacket.

Warranty
Twin Eagles' pellet grill limited warranty (installation, use and care manual): all fabricated stainless steel components are covered for the lifetime of the product; the stainless cooking grates, briquette tray, charcoal tray, indirect/vaporizer plate, burner pot and drip pans for five years; and all other grill components for two years. For the first year the warranty covers the grill and all components, parts and labor. Multi-user settings such as bed and breakfasts and private clubs carry a 90-day warranty, and commercial use is excluded.
