The Hestan GWD30 is a 30 in outdoor warming drawer that keeps buns, sides and platters at serving temperature beside the grill. A quiet convection fan spreads heat evenly across four preset temperatures and five timer settings, and the drawer also handles proofing dough, defrosting and slow cooking. It is approved for outdoor and indoor installation and comes in Steeletto stainless or the Hestan color finishes.

Installation Notes

Build the opening at 28-7/16 in wide, 24 in deep and 9-1/4 in high, and plan the receptacle location from the Hestan drawing so the drawer can slide in fully. The drawer must plug into a grounded receptacle on a GFCI-protected circuit; do not use an extension cord. Hestan notes the interior can reach 200 F. Electric heating elements and electronic control boards carry an extended 5-year warranty on the part, with labor and shipping paid by the purchaser. Coverage is for the original purchaser in non-commercial use in the United States and Canada.
