Description

The Warming Trends ACCESSUA1414 is a 14 x 14 in. access panel frame and door that gives service access to the inside of a fire pit enclosure. The June 2026 manual says the capstone ledge must not be built over the outer lip of a plate or pan unless an access panel door or other access is included, so this door keeps the burner system serviceable.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

  • Required: a fire pit enclosure wall with a 14-3/8 in. square opening

Installation Notes

Set the opening in the enclosure wall during construction, and keep the vent openings and clearances the manual requires. Warming Trends requires 84 in. of vertical and 36 in. of horizontal clearance from the burner to combustibles, and venting on at least two opposing sides of the enclosure at 18 sq. in. each (June 2026 manual). In New York City, outdoor gas fire features and their gas piping fall under the NYC Fuel Gas Code and Department of Buildings permitting, and propane at residences is restricted by the NYC Fire Code, so confirm the approval path before you build.
