Installation Notes
Frame to 68-1/4 in. W x 24-1/8 in. H x 6 in. D. A qualified electrician must hard-wire the fireplace to a dedicated 110-120V, 20 A circuit. For outdoor use, Modern Flames requires a covered location away from direct water contact and direct sunlight, and installs not done per the manual can void the warranty. Electric fireplaces need no gas line or venting, which makes them one of the simplest fireplace options for New York City apartments and co-ops, subject to building and board approval for the electrical work.
