The Napoleon Built-In 700 Series 32 in. grill (BIG32RBNSS-1) is a natural gas grill head with four stainless steel tube burners at 12,000 BTU each and an 18,000 BTU infrared rear burner, 66,000 BTU in total. It is all 304 stainless steel with integrated trim, so it drops into an outdoor kitchen without a separate bezel.
A commercial-grade rotisserie kit with a 25 lb motor is included and stores inside the grill, the 9.5 mm stainless WAVE grids leave Napoleon's signature sear marks, and SafetyGlow knobs glow blue and turn red when a burner is on. Napoleon's min to max cutout tolerance means most islands need no modification.

Installation Notes
Build the cutout to Napoleon's 30 to 32 in. W x 19-3/8 to 19-3/4 in. D x 10-1/4 in. H tolerance, or 36 x 22-1/4 x 11-1/4 in. when the BI-3623-ZCL liner is used in a combustible enclosure. The grill connects with a 1/2 in. 45 degree flare and needs natural gas at 7 in. W.C. plus a GFCI-protected 120V supply. Napoleon's convertible valves allow a propane conversion with the correct kit. In New York City, gas grills on terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and the Department of Buildings, gas piping must be run by a licensed master plumber, and propane cylinder use is heavily restricted, so we review the space before quoting. Book a design consultation and we will plan the island, liner and gas run.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need the zero clearance liner?
Use the Napoleon BI-3623-ZCL liner when the island is built from combustible materials. With a non-combustible enclosure, the grill installs directly in a 30 to 32 in. wide cutout.
Is the rotisserie included?
Yes. A commercial-grade rotisserie kit with a 25 lb capacity motor is included and stores in the grill.
Can it be converted to propane?
Napoleon builds the 700 Series with convertible valves. A Napoleon conversion kit and a licensed gas fitter are required.
Can I install this in New York City?
Often, yes, but terraces and rooftops are regulated by the FDNY and Department of Buildings. Talk to us before you order.
