Apollo 18 Charcoal Water Smoker

The Napoleon AS18K supports low-temperature charcoal smoking with adjustable airflow, a water pan and a modular design for access and cleaning.

Features and Included Equipment

  • Two 304 stainless steel cooking grids, a water pan and charcoal basket.
  • Hanging bar with five stainless steel S-hooks.
  • Adjustable inlet vents, ACCU-PROBE temperature gauge and sealed temperature-probe ports.
  • Insulated handles, locking casters and toggle latches between sections.
  • Rotisserie mounting ring provided; the rotisserie attachment is sold separately.
