The Viking Professional FPNI515 is a 15-inch undercounter nugget ice machine that makes up to 80 pounds of soft, chewable Sonic-style ice per day and holds 26 pounds in its bin. It is built for outdoor kitchens, with sealed electrical components and a factory-installed drain pump for locations without a gravity drain. It ships without a door front, so you can match your cabinetry or add a Viking stainless door panel.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- You will need: a custom cabinet panel or a Viking stainless door panel, a 1/4" copper water supply line, and a dedicated 15 A, 115 V circuit
- Outdoor door panels: left hinge (PIDP15TLSS) and right hinge (PIDP15TRSS)
Installation Notes
Installation should be completed by a qualified installer, with the water line and electrical supply planned before the cabinet is built. Viking states not to prepare an installation from brochure data alone, so follow the installation instructions for clearance requirements. Water temperature at the inlet should stay between 50 F and 100 F. Plan your outdoor kitchen layout in a design consultation.

No. It ships without a door front and accepts a custom panel or a Viking door panel.
Do I need a floor drain?
No. The FPNI515 includes a factory-installed drain pump. The gravity-drain version is the FGNI515.

Yes. Viking specifies a normal operating range of 50 F to 100 F ambient and builds the unit with sealed electrical components for outdoor use.
