Three cast stainless steel burners and a 10,000 BTU rotisserie burner deliver 58,000 BTU across 833 square inches of laser-cut stainless grates. It comes in traditional 304 stainless or black stainless, and the same grill head can later be built into an island using Wildfire's published cutout.

Installation Notes

As a freestanding unit the Ranch Pro 36 needs no cutout, but it requires a gas supply that matches the version ordered, an electrical outlet, and the clearances to combustibles listed in the Wildfire operational manual. Gas connections should be made by a qualified installer. In New York City, propane cylinder use on terraces and rooftops is heavily restricted by the FDNY and natural gas piping requires a licensed master plumber, so we review the space before quoting. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I build this grill into an island later?

Yes. Wildfire publishes a 35 x 21 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch cutout for the Ranch Pro 36 grill head, so it can move off the cart if you build an outdoor kitchen.

Is the rotisserie included?

The rotisserie burner is part of the grill head. The spit and motor come in the separate Wildfire 36-Inch Rotisserie Kit.

What is the difference between the stainless and black finishes?

Both are 304 stainless steel. The black stainless version pairs dark panels with stainless, as shown in the gallery.

Natural gas or propane?

Choose the fuel when ordering. Natural gas is usually the practical choice in New York City, where propane cylinder use on terraces is heavily restricted.
