The Blaze LTE+ 26 inch built-in outdoor oven (BLZ-LTE3OVN-LP) is a propane oven for an outdoor kitchen counter that bakes pizza on a turntable stone, roasts with a dedicated rear burner and rotisserie, and tracks food with wireless meat probes on its digital screen. At 24,500 BTU it heats the stone to the 600 to 700 F range Blaze calls for on a proper pizza. It suits the outdoor cook who wants one appliance for pizza night, a rotisserie chicken and a slow roast.

What Is Included and What You Will Need

- Required: a cutout in a non-combustible island with the 1 in front air gap, a 15 A GFI protected outlet inside the island, and a propane supply; running from a bulk propane line needs the Blaze BLZ-32-050 low pressure regulator per current listing
- Combustible islands: the Blaze insulated jacket for the 26 in oven is required
- Optional: Blaze countertop sleeve and Blaze pizza oven cart
Installation Notes
For outdoor use only, installed by a qualified professional. Keep 18 in to combustible construction and 4 in to non-combustible construction, and 72 in of overhead clearance when used with a vent hood. Do not run the bottom burners and the rear rotisserie burner at the same time. In New York City, propane tank storage carries FDNY rules and gas work must be done by a licensed master plumber under a DOB permit, so confirm the fuel with us before you order. Frequently Asked Questions
How hot does the stone get?
Blaze says the stone needs to reach 600 to 700 F for a proper pizza, after a full preheat with the door closed.
Can I use the rotisserie and the bottom burners together?
No. Blaze warns that using both may overheat the oven; use the rear burner or the bottom burners, not both.
Does it need electricity?
Yes. It plugs into a 15 A GFI protected outlet for the screen, lights and motors.
Can it be converted to natural gas?
The manual includes fuel conversion instructions; conversion must be done by a qualified technician with the correct Blaze parts.

Warranty
For the original owner in single family residential use: main burners, grates, body and valves are covered for life (parts only), and ignition, lighting and electrical parts for one year (parts only). Register within 30 days of purchase to validate the warranty. Labor and shipping are not covered, and discoloration or surface rust is excluded unless structural integrity is lost.
