Description
This is a pizza oven that also roasts, bakes and turns a rotisserie. Three burners and 24,500 BTU take the chamber from a 270°F hold up to 550°F, with the 17-inch rotating ceramic stone reaching 700°F — hot enough for a Neapolitan base that finishes in minutes, while the digital screen and wireless Bluetooth probes let you walk away from a long roast without guessing.
- Rotating 17-inch ceramic stone — the pizza turns itself, so the crust colours evenly instead of burning on the side nearest the flame.
- Bluetooth meat probes — internal temperature on your phone, which is what makes this practical for a pork shoulder as well as a pizza.
- Vertical rotisserie — supplied with a drip tray and two cooking racks, so the oven handles gyros and chickens as well as flatbread.
- Double-pane glass door — watch the bake without dumping the chamber heat every time you check.
- Interior and exterior lighting — usable after dark without a work light.
