The Blaze Professional LUX 34-inch is a freestanding gas grill on a 304 stainless steel cart, built around three cast stainless H-burners and a 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner with rotisserie kit. Installation Notes
Set the grill on a firm, level, non-combustible surface outdoors, at least 18 in. from combustible material on the sides and rear, and never indoors, on a boat or in an RV. Natural gas needs a flexible connector to the regulator at the rear right of the grill and a shutoff valve. In NYC, 20 lb propane cylinders are allowed only at one- and two-family homes, so multi-family buildings need natural gas. Gas work should be done by a licensed professional. Book a design consultation and we will help plan gas, power and a vent hood.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is the rotisserie kit included?
Yes. The Blaze manual lists the rotisserie motor and forks as included with the 3-burner Professional, and the infrared rear burner drives it.
Can I run it on natural gas?
Yes. Choose the natural gas option at purchase; it ships with the natural gas regulator, and a licensed gas professional should connect it.
Does it need electricity?
The lighting runs through a transformer on a 110V outlet. Ignition is push-and-turn with a flash tube backup.
Can I use a propane cylinder in NYC?
Only at one- and two-family homes. Multi-family buildings need natural gas.

Ignition, electronics and lighting are covered for 1 year, parts only. Register within 30 days. Labor and shipping on warranty parts are the owner's cost, and discoloration and surface rust are not covered.
