The Blaze Professional LUX 44 is Blaze's top-tier grill, here on its matching stainless cart: four cast stainless H-burners at 18,000 BTU each, heavy 12 mm hexagon cooking rods and 1,050 square inches of total cooking space. It is built for owners who cook for a crowd and want commercial-weight construction without building an island.

A 10,000 BTU rear infrared rotisserie burner is built in, and the cart hides the propane tank behind a door with two storage drawers alongside.

Installation Notes

The cart needs some assembly before the grill head is set on top. Keep the clearances to combustibles in the Blaze manual and use the grill outdoors only. Natural gas models connect through a 1/2-inch line and should be hooked up by a licensed plumber; in NYC that work is done under permit. Propane models run on a standard 20 lb tank stored inside the cart.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a rotisserie included?

Yes. The grill has a built-in 10,000 BTU rear infrared burner and is listed with a rotisserie kit, so you can spit-roast without extra parts.

Can I convert from propane to natural gas later?

Order the fuel you will use. A change of fuel should be done by a qualified gas technician with the Blaze conversion parts for this model.

Does it have a side burner?

No. The cart has two folding stainless side shelves instead. For a side burner, consider a built-in layout with a Blaze power burner.

Warranty

Blaze gas grills carry a lifetime warranty against defects in manufacturing and workmanship on the control valves, cooking grids, stainless steel housing, burners, flame tamers, heat zone separators and all other stainless steel components; electrical and ignition components are covered for 1 year. Register within 30 days. Labor is not included.

The cart carries a lifetime warranty to the original owner against manufacturing defects.
