- We allow returns on all new, unused, unassembled, and "resalable" items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund (minus the original shipping costs, and the shipping costs you incur shipping the product back). Naturally, if your return is because of our error, you are not responsible for any shipping costs.

Description
One control box and the Bromic Heating app, running every heater on the property. The Affinity Smart-Heat Control System creates independent heating zones — patio, bar, dining, lounge — and lets staff adjust output, automate schedules and manage all of them from a single connected platform instead of walking heater to heater. Choose on/off switching or full 0–100% dimming, in 1, 2 or 5-channel capacity.

- Controls up to five independent heating zones from one app — no more adjusting individual heaters across the property
- Dimmer models adjust output in 1% increments from 0–100%; on/off models give full-power switching for gas or electric installations
- Scheduling and timers keep heaters running only when and where needed, cutting energy spend in slow periods
- One controller and one wiring run replaces multiple standalone controllers — less hardware, less labor, fewer maintenance points
- Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and Bluetooth with multi-user access; included expansion board adds Ethernet and 0–10V for building management integration (5-channel models)
- IP54 outdoor rated; compatible with Bromic Platinum and Tungsten electric heaters (on/off also controls gas)
